The price covers the session time, not each person individually. Up to three people attend each session at no extra cost.
A traditional sauna heats the air around you to very high temperatures. An infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm your body directly at a lower, more comfortable air temperature — typically 45–70°C instead of 80–100°C. Most people find it easier to relax and stay in longer, while still working up a deep sweat.
Sessions at Vital 360 run for 30–45 minutes. If you’re new to infrared saunas, we’ll usually suggest starting at the shorter end and building up as your body adjusts.
That depends on your goals. Many of our Ballarat clients come in 2–3 times a week for general wellbeing and recovery, while others use it weekly as part of a broader routine. We’ll help you work out a rhythm that suits you.
Just yourself, a towel and a water bottle. Wear something comfortable; most people sauna in swimwear or a towel. Try to avoid wearing makeup, lotions or any substances that can cover the skin as it is important to allow the infrared light waves to penetrate the skin without any barriers.

Yes — sauna pairs well with our other recovery services, and many clients combine it with compression boots, PEMF or oxygen therapy in the same visit. Ask us about recovery packages when you book.
