How Cellgym Works.

During your session you'll breathe through a mask alternating between lower oxygen (hypoxic) and higher oxygen (hyperoxic) phases. The low oxygen prompts your body's natural repair response, encouraging it to refresh mitochondria - the tiny power stations inside your cells. The higher oxygen phase supports recovery and helps the process along. No physical effort required - you simply relax and breathe.

The 20 session protocol & what to expect

Like all forms of training one session will produce results.  But for real, lasting change your body needs repeated cycles of stress and adaptation.  We recommend 3 sessions per week to complete your protocol in 6-7 weeks.

Sessions 1-5 - Foundation

Your body is being introduced to the stimulus gradually.  Repair and regeneration processes activate.  Most clients notices subtle shifts in energy, improved sleep and mental clarity after sessions.

Sessions 6-10 - Adaptation

This is where measurable change begins.  Sleep quality may improve, red blood cell production increases and mitochondrial repair accelerates.  Most clients report their biggest early wins in this phase.

Sessions 11-15 - Transformation

Cardiovascular and immune functions are supported.  Clients often notice changes extending into everyday energy and stress resilience.

Sessions 16-20 - Consolidation

The protocol delivers its full impact. Your mitochondrial population has been substantially renewed and all adaptive systems are operating with greater efficiency.  Critically, research shows these results can remain stable for 3-6 months.
