Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in — loose, casual clothing works best. There are no restrictions on what you wear inside the chamber. The goal is to relax and enjoy the experience, so dress accordingly.
A comfortable, relaxing and non-claustrophobic experience. Pressure builds gently over the first five minutes – you may notice a slight sensation in your ears, similar to a plane taking off or landing. We’ll guide you through simple techniques to manage this. Once inside, you’re free to rest, listen to music, a podcast or meditation. We also have a two-way communication system so you’re never out of contact with us.
We offer 30, 60 and 90-minute sessions to suit different goals and schedules. Here’s a guide to help you choose:
30 minutes — Introduction & Maintenance A great starting point for first-timers or those short on time. You’ll experience the pressurisation benefits and leave feeling refreshed. Ideal as a regular top-up once you’ve established your baseline.
60 minutes — General Wellness (Most Popular) Our recommended session for most clients. This is the sweet spot for energy, cognitive clarity, immune support and stress recovery. Enough time for oxygen to saturate the plasma and tissues effectively while still fitting into a busy day.
90 minutes — Recovery & Therapeutic Use Best suited for clients focused on deeper recovery, managing inflammation or those seeking more significant therapeutic support. The extended duration maximises oxygen delivery to peripheral tissues and supports more significant cellular repair.
Note: Please allow an additional 10 minutes for the pressure increase and decrease phases at either end of your session.
Yes. mHBOT is a safe, non-invasive wellness therapy that uses filtered atmospheric air at mild pressure (1.35 ATA). At this level, you receive the benefits of elevated oxygen delivery without the risks associated with higher-grade clinical hyperbaric devices (2.0 ATA+). It can be used regularly as part of an ongoing wellness or recovery routine. As with any therapy, if you have a serious medical condition we recommend consulting your GP or specialist before your first session.
Yes. If you’d prefer to stay productive, you’re welcome to use your phone or laptop inside the chamber. Many clients use the time to catch up on work, read, or listen to music and podcasts. If you’d rather fully switch off, it’s also one of the best environments for a screen-free rest or guided meditation — entirely your call.
Yes, the AirPod is suitable for a wide range of age groups. The mild pressure (1.35 ATA) is well tolerated and significantly more accessible than traditional hyperbaric chambers. We recommend a parent or guardian accompanies children during their session. If your child has any existing health conditions, please check with their GP beforehand.
