Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 17 June 2026

Provider: Vital 360 Wellness & Recovery, 905 Macarthur Street, Lake Wendouree, Ballarat VIC 3350 (“Vital 360”, “we”, “us”).

Member: the person who signs up for a membership (“you”).

By joining a Vital 360 membership you agree to these terms.

1. Your membership

1.1 We offer the following memberships, each billed at the weekly rate shown:

• Reset — $35/week: unlimited infrared sauna, compression boots and PEMF sessions.
• Energise — $49/week: one 30-minute mild hyperbaric oxygen session per week, plus unlimited infrared sauna, compression boots and PEMF.
• Restore — $69/week: one 60-minute mild hyperbaric oxygen session per week, plus unlimited infrared sauna, compression boots and PEMF.
• Optimise — $89/week: one 60-minute mild hyperbaric oxygen session and one CellGym altitude session per week, plus unlimited infrared sauna, compression boots and PEMF.

1.2 “Unlimited” sessions are subject to fair and reasonable use, availability, and our operating hours, and must be booked in advance (clause 6). We may apply a reasonable fair-use limit if usage is excessive or affects other members’ access.

1.3 Your weekly included mild hyperbaric and CellGym sessions are personal to you and cannot be shared, transferred or gifted. (Our infrared sauna accommodates up to three people, and you are welcome to bring guests to your own sauna session.)

2. Becoming a member

2.1 Membership begins when your first payment is processed.

2.2 Before your first session you must complete our health intake/screening (clause 8). Membership does not waive this requirement.

3. Fees and billing

3.1 Your membership fee is charged automatically in advance each week by recurring payment (via Stripe) to your nominated card, at the weekly rate for your membership.

3.2 Your membership renews automatically each week until cancelled in accordance with these terms.

3.3 You authorise us (through our payment provider) to charge your nominated payment method on each weekly billing date.

3.4 All fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

4. Minimum term and renewal

4.1 Memberships have a minimum term of 12 weeks from your start date.

4.2 After the minimum term, your membership continues on a rolling weekly basis until cancelled.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Your membership has a minimum term of 12 weeks (clause 4). You cannot cancel during the minimum term except as required by law or under clause 9.

5.2 After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time. You can cancel yourself through the customer portal, or by contacting us at [email protected] or (03) 5303 0753. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the weekly billing period in which you cancel, so you keep access for the week you’ve paid for.

5.3 We may cancel or decline to renew your membership on reasonable notice, or immediately for serious misconduct, safety reasons, or non-payment.

5.4 Membership fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

6. Booking and using your sessions

6.1 Sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us, and are subject to availability.

6.2 Weekly included sessions do not roll over — they refresh each week and any unused weekly sessions are forfeited. Your unlimited modalities are available any day we are open.

6.3 Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel a booked session. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows for booked mild hyperbaric or CellGym sessions may result in that session being treated as used.

6.4 Sessions are available during our normal operating hours, which may change from time to time (including over public holidays).

7. Pausing your membership

7.1 You may pause your membership for up to 2 weeks per quarter for reasons such as illness or travel, by giving us a few days’ notice. Billing is suspended during an approved pause and your minimum term extends by the pause length.

8. Health, safety and the nature of our services

8.1 Vital 360 provides wellness, recovery and relaxation services. Our services are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health professional. You should continue to follow the advice of your doctor and seek medical advice for any health concern.

8.2 You must complete our health intake before using our services and tell us about any relevant health conditions, pregnancy, implants or devices, or changes to your health. Some services are not suitable for certain conditions; we may decline a session on safety grounds.

8.3 You agree to follow our safety instructions and staff guidance at all times.

9. If a payment fails

9.1 If a payment is declined, we may suspend your access until payment is brought up to date, and may retry the payment. If payment remains outstanding after 14 days we may cancel your membership.

10. Changes to fees or terms

10.1 We may change membership fees or these terms by giving you at least 30 days’ notice (email is fine). If you don’t agree to a fee change, you may cancel before it takes effect, even during your minimum term. Founding members on a locked rate keep their rate for the agreed period.

11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.2 To the extent permitted by law, Vital 360 is not liable for any loss or injury arising from use of our services except to the extent caused by our negligence, and our liability is limited (where the law allows) to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of resupply.

11.3 You acknowledge that you use our facilities and equipment voluntarily and that you have disclosed all relevant health information.

12. Privacy

12.1 We collect and handle your personal and health information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), to provide and manage your membership and services.

13. Photos and marketing

13.1 We will only use your image or any comment about your experience in our marketing with your separate, express consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

14. General

14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

14.2 If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

14.3 These terms are the whole agreement between us about your membership.
